How can I book a tour?
- Choose the tour that suits you best.

Write us via email (tomeu_charter@outlook.es) or WhatsApp (+34 674 187 882), let us know the day and time you would like, the number of people and your doubts.
- We will answer all your questions and confirm availability.

When you are ready to book, let us know.
- A deposit of 20 % of the total price of the tour is required to make the booking.
- We will send you a payment link that you can pay by credit card to the email or phone number you indicate.

Make the deposit payment.
- Everything is ready, we will be waiting for you on the day of the tour at the meeting point, which I will send you via WhatsApp or email and we will keep in touch until the day of the tour in case you have any questions.
What are the terms of the reservation deposit?
In case of bad weather:
- First we will try to change the day of the tour, if that is not possible for you, reduce the timetable (adjusting the price) and if this is also not an option for you we will refund the 100% of 20% of the deposit.
In case you want to cancel the tour:
- One week before the day of the tour, refund of 100% of the 20% booking deposit.
- Two days before the tour, refund of 10% of the 20% booking deposit.
- If the cancellation is justifiable with evidence of health or similar origin, we will refund 100% of the 20% deposit.
Do you have a vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free option? What if I have any food allergies?
Yes, if you let us know during the booking process.
Although we will ask you before the tour, it may be too late to change the snack, so if you let us know in advance we will try to make sure you can enjoy the snack without any inconvenience.
Are life jackets on board?
Yes, we always carry enough waistcoats on board for the number of people on board, including children and babies, which is why it is so important that the age information is as accurate as possible.
Can the tour be taken by senior citizens?
Yes, let us know and we will indicate the tour that best suits them.
What if I can't swim?
